THE ROLE

As a Junior Sales Project Manager, you'll be a frontline ambassador for our brand partners — delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the commercial performance of our campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage directly with customers on behalf of leading UK brands
• Deliver outstanding service while actively building brand awareness
• Nurture customer relationships that convert into lasting brand loyalty
• Support local outreach strategy and campaign execution
• Participate in daily performance reviews and team goal-setting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Natural communicator with a warm, people-first approach
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a bonus
• Motivated to build a long-term career — not just fill a role
• Positive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine work ethic
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK

THE PACKAGE

• £30k–£34k OTE | Fully uncapped commission structure
• Full training from day one — no prior sales experience needed
