The Role At a Glance: Salary: Highly competitive salary up to £48,000 Per Annum Location: Static Role in Central London Schedule: Continental Shift (4 days on, 4 days off) covering Days and Nights.Key Responsibilities: Perform critical planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of essential building systems, including: Electrical Fault Finding UPS and Distribution Boards Generator & Fire/Emergency Light Testing Chillers, Boilers, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers, AHUs/FCUsRequirements: C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent) 18th Edition Experience in building services maintenance (commercial office experience preferred).Secure a professional, high-earning career with excellent downtime-apply today!
