You’ll play a key role in connecting teams, ensuring seamless delivery, and bringing structure to complex projects. If you enjoy collaborating across cultures and making work happen at pace, this role offers real impact and growth.ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll be doing:Act as a central point of contact between hub and local market teams, ensuring alignment and clarity across campaignsDeliver smooth campaign execution by coordinating timelines, outputs and stakeholders from brief through to completionLead regular status updates and reporting, keeping both internal teams and clients informed and confidentSupport troubleshooting and resolve campaign challenges, ensuring delivery stays on trackMaintain accurate financial tracking, including purchase orders, reconciliations and documentationEnsure all plans and outputs meet high quality standards and follow agreed governance processesBuild strong working relationships across teams and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environmentQualificationsSkills we’re looking for:Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with care and accuracyConfidence in coordinating projects and keeping work progressing across different teamsClear and thoughtful communication style, with the ability to adapt across cultures and stakeholdersA proactive mindset, taking ownership and finding solutions when challenges ariseComfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative teamSolid Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an understanding of financial tracking or budgetsCuriosity and openness to learning, with an interest in innovation and new ways of workingAdditional informationStarcom offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
