Were looking for an engaging, standards-driven Restaurant Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy, quality-focused restaurant. Youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and be able to confidently step up in their absence, ensuring smooth service and a motivated front-of-house team.
The Role: Leading, motivating, and supporting the front-of-house team Handling guest queries with professionalism and confidence Upholding high standards of service, food quality, and presentation Ensuring cleaning schedules, safety checks, and compliance tasks are completed Managing stock levels and completing weekly stock counts Promoting safe working practices and reporting accidents, near misses, or complaints Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained, and used correctly Recording training and supporting team development Covering the Restaurant Manager role when required What Were Looking For Experience in a supervisory role within a quality-driven restaurant A calm, confident leader who inspires trust in both guests and staff Strong organisational skills and attention xwzovoh to detail A proactive, hands-on approach to service and standards Someone who remains professional at all times
