2nd Line Support Engineer | £150 - £175 | Outside IR35 | 3 Months | Hybrid
 
We’re recruiting for an 2nd line support engineer for a 3-Month contract role with an ASAP start. This position is determined as Outside IR35 paying £150 - £175 per day and is offered on a hybrid remote basis requiring three days per week of onsite work in the UK office closest to you (Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol or Maidenhead).
 
Key Requirements

Previous 2nd Line IT support experience within an MSP environment
Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting Exchange Online, email security, and mail flow
Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, and user management
Experience troubleshooting networking issues including DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
Excellent customer service skills with strong ticket management experience
