Cafe chef

We are looking for a skilled cafe chef to join our independent café near Dursley.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
This is a hands-on combined role where you will lead the kitchen and help manage day-to-day café operations. As a country location you will need transport.
We would like to serve-
Traditional Sunday roast lunches
Fresh café menu items during the rest of the week - breakfast and lunches.
Opening 8am to 4pm
5 days out of 7 (can be discussed at interview)
For you
£15 per hour pay rate
5-day working week (to be agreed)

Opportunity to shape menus and service style
You will be -
Preparing and cooking all menu items to a high standard
Leading Sunday roast service and kitchen prep
Managing food stock, ordering, and waste control
Maintaining cleanliness, xwzovoh food safety, and hygiene standards
Running daily café operations smoothly
Delivering excellent customer service
Handling rota planning, stock coordination, and basic admin
