We are seeking a B2B Commercial & Housing Operations Manager to lead the effective management of our office teams, supporting both the Private B2B Department Housing / Housing Association Department. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in workload control, customer communication, and performance management across both sectors.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Office Team Leadership and Management: Directly manage B2B Account Managers, Customer Service and Operations Coordinators, ensuring daily and weekly priorities are met across departments.
• Operational Control: Oversee the coordination of reactive repairs, servicing, and project management, ensuring all processes from instruction to completion are efficiently managed.
• Resident & Client Service: Maintain professional communication and manage service expectations and recoveries effectively.
• Commercial Accounts & Growth: Handle B2B enquiries, manage quotations, and nurture client relationships to ensure sustainable growth.
