About the role

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Advanced Booking Coordinator to join a prestigious global finance group.

Experience in remote or desk-based booking coordination is preferred over primarily front-of-house (FOH) guest welcome roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage meeting room booking requests received via telephone, email, and internal messaging platforms.
  • Schedule meeting rooms and maintain accurate booking calendars to maximise room utilisation.
  • Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings, training sessions, and client events.
  • Confirm, amend, and cancel bookings, communicating updates promptly to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve booking conflicts and accommodate urgent or last-minute requests wherever possible.

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, with remote or desk-based booking coordination preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and finding efficient solutions.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and service providers.
