Technical Account Manager Cambridgeshire £60,000 The purpose of the role is to own the customer relationship from a technical standpoint, playing a key role both externally with customers and internally across teams.

Responsibilities: Driving alignment, collaboration, and strong external relationships Manage critical paths to ensure key milestones are delivered on time Keep customer communication clear, consistent, and proactive Lead product launches and continuous improvement initiatives from start to finish Analyse operational and quality data to identify trends Act as the key link between site teams and customers Put structured processes in place to manage issues quickly and effectively Oversee product specifications and artwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Work closely with site teams to ensure full understanding and delivery of customer requirements What they need from you: Experience in a Technical Manager, Technical Account Manager or Customer-Facing Technical position within Food/FMCG Strong xwzovoh knowledge of major retailer codes of practice Effective communicator with customers and internal teams Deep knowledge of HACCP and Quality Management Systems If you are currently working with major retailers in a Senior Technical position, this could be the next step for you.
