Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
Support students in both one-to-one and small group settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Foster an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes students' confidence and independence.
Help with classroom activities, behaviour management, and personal care where necessary.
Requirements: Previous experience working with children with special needs (preferred but not essential).
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, SEN training) are desirable.
