Site Manager(Lead) – Mainly London – Industrial Refurbishments – Up to £55K + Car Allowance + Package I am currently recruiting for a Contractor who specialise in Construction, Refurbishment & Fit-Out across the Industrial & Commercial Sector who are looking to expand their Production Team due to a full order book for 2026. The Company My client is an award-winning UK fit-out and refurbishment contractor with over 45 years of industry experience. The company has grown from delivering simple office fit-outs to managing and completing large-scale refurbishment projects across commercial, industrial and specialist sectors. What They Do * Industrial & logistics refurbishments * Office fit-outs and workspace transformation * Historic and listed building restorations Requirements * Refurbishment/Fit-Out Experience * Experience within the Industrial/Main Contracting Sector * Worked on values up to £10 Million Benefits * Up to £55K Basic Salary (Dependant on Experience) * £6,000 Car Allowance * Discretionary Bonus Scheme * Pension * Annual Leave * Further Qualifications
