- SEN Schools (East Kent) Are you confident, adaptable, and looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to support a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across East Kent .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain valuable experience in specialist education settings.

About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to provide continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.

You'll be supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) Complex SEN Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) You'll be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, delivering pre-set work, and ensuring a safe, supportive learning environment.
