Client Manager Role Overview We are hiring a Client Manager to join a fast-growing marketing technology startup in London.

This role sits within the Client Services team and is focused on supporting the delivery of high-quality work across a broad portfolio of global brand clients.

This is a proactive client management role, not reactive customer support.

You will work closely with senior team members, developing your skills in client delivery, project coordination, and strategic communication in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Team Structure You will join an existing Client Services team structured across two pods, each led by a Client Director.

You will support a broad portfolio of accounts, working alongside senior colleagues and building your capabilities with guidance and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities Support Client Delivery Assist in the day-to-day delivery of projects across multiple client accounts Contribute to the building of client-ready presentations and outputs under senior direction Help translate platform data into clear summaries and supporting materials Maintain attention to detail and quality across all account work Support Client Relationships Assist with recurring client interactions and internal coordination Begin building working relationships with client contacts at appropriate levels Support senior colleagues in preparing for and running client meetings Develop awareness of client needs and learn to flag relevant opportunities Support Project Management Help build and maintain project plans and timelines Coordinate across internal teams to keep projects on track Flag risks or blockers to senior team members in a timely manner Support the close-out of projects with clear summaries and documentation Contribute to Team Standards Learn and apply team templates, processes, and best practices Take feedback actively and apply it to improve outputs Support a positive, collaborative team environment What We Are Looking For Essential Some experience in a client-facing, account support, or project coordination role, whether in an agency, SaaS, media, or marketing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills xwzovoh Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Attention to detail and a genuine care for the quality of your work Preferred Agency background or exposure to multi-client environments An interest in or passion for gaming, virtual worlds, or emerging digital culture Familiarity with data platforms, AI tools, or SaaS products Basic understanding of marketing or brand strategy Compensation and Benefits Salary: Circa £30,000-£35,000 Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus, paid in two instalments at mid-year and year-end Work model: Hybrid, three days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) Additional benefits including extra paid leave, flexible core hours, remote working allowance, and regular team socials
