We are currently recruiting for experienced Sewing Machinists to join a busy and friendly production team. This is a great opportunity to secure stable, ongoing work with competitive pay and flexible shift options.
Position: Sewing Machinist Pay Rates:
£12.99 per hour (MondayThursday, 4-day week)
£15.00 per hour (FridaySunday weekend shift)
Shift Options:
We are offering two flexible working patterns:
4-Day Week:Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 16:30
Weekend Shift:Friday to Sunday 06:30 17:00.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments/products
Following patterns, specifications, and production instructions
Maintaining consistent stitching quality and meeting production targets
Carrying out basic machine maintenance and reporting faults
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sewing Machinist (industrial or manufacturing setting preferred)
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and good timekeeping
