Document Controller - Construction
We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team in the West Midlands.
Role overview:
You will be responsible for managing project documents, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and distributed correctly across the team.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and organise project documents and drawings
Upload and track information using document management systems
Ensure all documents are correctly named, filed, and controlled
Distribute drawings and updates to site and project teams
Support project managers with admin and reporting tasksRequirements:
Previous experience as a Document Controller (construction preferred)
Familiar with systems such as Viewpoint, Aconex, or similar
Good attention to detail and organisation skills
Confident using Microsoft OfficeWhat we offer:
