Pattern Sealing and Grading
- Finalise patterns to production-ready standards and accurately grade across multiple sizes while preserving fit, proportions, and technical integrity.

Technical Specifications & Documentation
- Produce detailed tech packs and spec sheets, including size charts, production notes, and seam allowances, and prepare Excel-based workbooks for production accuracy.

Tech Pack Interpretation
- Convert tech packs into workable garment designs, ensuring alignment with design intent and production requirements.

Quality Control
- Ensure all graded patterns meet technical and aesthetic standards before production to prevent delays or issues.

Fit Sessions
- Participate in fitting sessions, assessing prototypes and making technical adjustments for fit, construction, and sizing.

Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with design, production, and technical teams to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the process.

Attention to Detail
- Maintain high standards of quality across all deliverables, ensuring timelines and brand requirements are met.

Person Specification: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Microsoft Excel Demonstrates advanced skills in Illustrator for technical drawings and Excel for size specs, grading charts, and production data.

Experience in working across all the ladieswear product categories.

Able to manage workload independently, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Self-motivated but also a great leader.
