The 'Project Manager's' role The Project Manager will manage projects from feasibility through to completion, coordinating design teams and managing stakeholders. The Project Manager will ensure delivery in line with programme, cost, and quality expectations. Responsibilities include procurement, contract administration (JCT), reporting, and overseeing construction progress on site. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects across various sectors. The 'Project Manager' The ideal Project Manager will hold a degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar. The Project Manager will have experience across sectors such as education, office, retail, or residential. Working towards or holding MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is desirable.
