About the role
Your new school A welcoming and nurturing specialist provision committed to delivering high-quality education for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) are seeking a full time SEN Teacher to join their school.

Your new role We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis with an immediate start.
You will have responsibility for planning and delivering engaging, meaningful lessons tailored to pupils with PMLD/SLD needs.
Key responsibilities include: Creating and delivering personalised, sensory-rich learning experiences Using specialist strategies to support communication, cognition, and physical development Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families Monitoring progress through EHCP outcomes and individual targets Promoting a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment This role is ideal for a teacher who is committed to inclusive practice and thrives in a specialist setting.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Proven experience teaching pupils with PMLD and/or SLD A strong understanding of SEN strategies, sensory learning, and differentiated teaching Experience working with EHCPs and multidisciplinary teams A calm, patient, and compassionate approach High expectations for all pupils and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion Experience with AAC, sensory integration, or medical/physical needs support is highly desirable.
