About the role
I'm currently working with a well-established, independent multidisciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team.

Salary & benefits:
£45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

The role will involve:
Leading geotechnical input across projects, from feasibility through to detailed design and construction
Acting as the geotechnical lead on projects
Managing project delivery, ensuring technical quality and commercial performance
Supporting fee proposals and providing input to bids/tenders
Producing clear, high-quality technical reports and designs
Carrying out technical reviews and mentoring junior engineers
Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
What they're looking for:
Experience operating at Senior Engineer level within a consultancy environment
Strong background in geotechnical design and analysis
Ability to lead projects and contribute to bids and commercial discussions
Experience reviewing and supporting the work of junior staff
Chartered status (or very close to achieving it)
