Your responsibilities as Head of Recruitment

• Align recruitment strategy with wider organisational and people objectives
• Support and develop site-based hiring managers to improve hiring capability
• Review and optimise existing processes for consistency and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key business areas
• Lead initiatives that strengthen employer branding and market positioning
• Standardise recruitment activity across sites to drive quality and performance

What were looking for in a Head of Recruitment

• Extensive recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or FMCG environment
• Proven ability to lead and develop recruitment capability across multiple locations
• Strong analytical skills with experience improving recruitment processes
• Experience designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across a business

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
