The Benefits Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£28,000 base salary with £55,000 OTE in year one
Direct mentorship from company partners + weekly external training
Uncapped commission up to 40% with no threshold

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Proactively reaching out to clients and candidates via cold calling
Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
Advising candidates through each stage, including interview prep and offers
Negotiating salaries and closing deals
Meeting xwzovoh clients to understand hiring needs and company culture
Conducting market research to stay ahead in your niche
The Ideal Candidate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Highly motivated by financial success and career progression

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Degree educated or with relevant commercial experience
