Salary £35,000 OTE £80,000 Plus

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing team as a Lettings Manager, based out of their vibrant office in a great part of central London. Their teams in China and Hong Kong meet clients in person and win new business for the London office to manage. The ideal candidate will be experienced and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. A professional approach, excellent communication, and an ability to work on your own initiative will be essential. Ready
Ready to help mentor the team, an excellent Valuer, you will lead by example with your strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
Compliance with current lettings legislation and policies
Maintain strong relationships with tenants & landlords
New business generation
Motivate a team of negotiators to exceed targets
Oversee all aspects of the lettings process

Skills & Experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Previous experience in a Managerial role
Excellent leadership skills
Communication & Negotiation skills
