You will be joining a high-performing commercial team, taking ownership of a major design package within a fast-paced environment, managing cost, risk and change across a design-led programme. Manage compensation events, early warnings, and change control processes
Provide robust cost forecasting, risk management, and reporting
Challenge and influence project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Review programme impacts and ensure commercial positions are protected
Support and mentor junior commercial xwzovoh team members
The Suitable Applicant will have the following experience: Strong NEC contract experience
Proven track record managing complex, high-change projects
Have confidence in your ability and be able to influence at all levels
Experience working on design or design & build environments
