Marketing & Practice Development | London | Hybrid | Full time (35 hours)

We’re looking for a Strategic Pursuits Senior Executive to support a global Financial Institutions (FIG) group, working at the forefront of business development and marketing activity on high‑value, complex pursuits.

In this role, you’ll lead and project‑manage major RFPs and proposals, create compelling client‑facing materials, and help shape persuasive sales strategies in a highly competitive market. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy day‑to‑day, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, BD teams and lawyers across regions.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver complex RFPs and proposal submissions end‑to‑end
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on the financial services sector, clients and competitors
• Draft, edit and shape high‑quality proposal content, including executive summaries
• Coordinate inputs from partners, lawyers and marketing colleagues globally
• Support client presentations and post‑pitch reviews
• Maintain proposal content, CRM records and experience databases
• Produce client and proposal‑related reports and insights

About you

• Strong proposals experience within a professional services environment
• Excellent writing, editing and attention to detail
• Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
• Highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable managing competing deadlines
• Strong IT skills, with experience using CRM and content systems
