Sous Chef Rosette

senior Sous chef required for a Great standard Restaurant & Hotel in the Cotswolds, with live in available if required. This kitchen uses fresh food, 3 rosette level and standards, £44500 basic salary + £3000-3500 service charge & live in. (£48k package). The role we are looking for a senior sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen of this rosette level kitchen, you will love the food and produce here. You will support the chef de parties to ensure each section is ready for service, you will run the pass if the head chef was off and jump into any sinking sections etc. This role will cover all the normal senior sous chef duties. Experience We are looking for a senior sous chef from a Hotel background or a rosette standard, you will love produce, love looking great ingredients and have a great attention to detail.
