Principal Education is seeking hard-working and enthusiastic educators to work as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) in special needs schools across London. These roles are ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on children’s academic and social development. The role: As an LSA, you will support children with statemented special needs, working either 1:1 or in small groups. You will collaborate closely with teachers to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, providing consistency and support that fosters positive outcomes. These roles typically require full-time availability (Monday–Friday).
