We are looking to recruit West Coast (OBT Staff) who will support students on their Adventure Phased at Outward Bound Trust. 

Course Dates – Tuesday 30th June 2026 – Monday 3rd August 2026.  

Applicants must have a relevant breadth of outdoor education experience and qualifications. Experience of working in an education, boarding school environment is also required.  

Residential accommodation with full board is provided and a competitive salary based on experience.
