Quantity Surveyor

Are you a recently Chartered Quantity Surveyor, or a Quantity Surveyor who is on the APC pathway? I am actively supporting a small and award-winning Cost Consultancy find a new motivated Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyors will be joining at a crucial time of growth as the business have recently won new projects. The Quantity Surveyors will be hybrid working, with the office being in Old Street.   The Quantity Surveyor's Role   With great support from the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will be working across a mixed portfolio High End Commercial and Retail. Project values will range between £3M - £16M. Key duties such as feasibility studies, cost plans, tender support and then taking all projects through to final accounts.
