It is now seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer, focusing on complex Residential matters, to join its highly active team in Manchester City Centre.Our client handles a significant amount of residential property transactions and, as an experienced Property Lawyer (5PQE+), you will be expected to assist your colleagues with complex, high-value matters and have, ideally, some prior experience of managing junior and mid-level team members. Experience of dealing with volume caseloads, particularly the technical issues that arise from them, would be a distinct advantage to any application.
