Delegated Authority Manager

A global insurance firm is looking to expand their team in the UK. Our client is currently looking Delegated Authority Manager with experience in Underwriting to realize their own vision of Delegated underwriting services and take control of the team, this is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification.

There is no better time for an ambitious Delegated Authority Manager to come in and be responsible for the effective leadership and oversight of the delegated underwriting team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the BAU activities and compliance. You will act as a senior escalation point and interface with senior stakeholders across the business

Requirements

· Proven experience within Delegated Authority ideally 10 years +

· Must have strong experience across underwriting and claims is a preference

· Lloyds market experience is crucial

· Must have experience within both Pre and Post Bind activities

· Must have experience managing teams of 5+ people

· Must have right to work in the UK

Salary: £100,000 per year + bonus and a wide variety of benefits

Location: London 4 days per week

Role: Permanent
