Quality Manager

Quality Manager wanted for a business where getting it right first time matters. You'll take full ownership of the Quality Management System, from ISO 9001 compliance through to First Article Inspection and beyond. As a Quality Manager, you will benefit from: 25 days holiday + bank holidays Christmas bonus Company social events Free onsite parking Pension scheme As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include: Maintain and continually improve the company's Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 Lead internal and external quality audits, including certification and customer assessments Manage First Article Inspection documentation, including weld maps, material certificates and inspection reports Oversee welding quality records, including WPSs, PQRs and welder qualification records Lead non-conformance investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions Manage supplier quality performance, including audits and supplier corrective action requests As a Quality Manager, your experience will include: Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and processes Background in welding quality management, including WPS and PQR administration Experience leading root cause investigations and corrective action processes Confident communicator, comfortable acting as the primary quality contact for customers If you're looking for a Quality Manager role where your expertise genuinely shapes how the business operates, this one's worth a conversation.
