Job Title: Assistant Building Surveyor (6–12 Months to APC) Location: West Midlands (Hybrid Working Pattern) Sector: Commercial Property (Client-Side) The Opportunity We are working on behalf of a well-established, client-side property business with an international presence, seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor who is within 6–12 months of sitting their APC. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation offering exposure to a diverse commercial portfolio and strong support towards achieving MRICS status. The Role You will support the acquisition and ongoing management of a varied commercial property portfolio, working closely with senior surveyors and asset managers. The role offers hands-on experience across key sectors including industrial, retail, and office.
