Electrician – Medway Area £45,000 – £55,000 + Company Van A growing and well-established property company is looking for an experienced Electrician to join their team, covering works across Medway and Surrounding areas. This role involves working across a mix of HMO, residential and commercial properties, carrying out a range of electrical installation, maintenance and testing works. Key Responsibilities: •Carry out electrical installations, maintenance and repairs across multiple properties •Complete testing and inspection works, ensuring compliance with current regulations •Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works efficiently •Work across HMO, residential and commercial environments •Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements •Liaise with tenants, clients and internal teams professionally What We’re Looking For: •Proven experience as an Electrician (ideally across domestic and/or commercial settings) •Test & Inspection qualification (essential) •Full UK Driving Licence •Gold Card (desirable, not essential) •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently •Good communication and customer-facing approach What’s on Offer: •Salary between £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience •Company van provided •Local work across Medway and occasionally surrounding areas (no long-distance travel) •Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing business
