Candidate Assessment Officer

Our client has an opportunity for an Interviewer/Assessor to join them on a permanent basis. As an Interviewer/Assessor, you will be responsible for the implementation of both physical and psychometric assessment activities under strict test conditions. The application of a detailed marking guide to ensure candidates are graded in accordance with their ability. Role: Interviewer/Assessor Location: Woking - fully onsite Clearance: Must be able to qualify for BPSS security requirements Salary: £27,820 + Night Allowance of £85.95 per night Hours: 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period. This will include overnight chaperone and 'on call' duties once per week What you'll be doing: Briefing and delivering all cognitive assessment activities under test conditions Contributing to an un-biased test environment for all assessment activities Assessing candidates against fixed criteria Providing feedback on a candidate's performance at assessment, their assessment outcome and their next steps in the recruitment process Conducting individual career discussions with candidates Writing accurate reports to assist recruiters and Basic Training Instructors to understand the candidate's strengths and weaknesses Requirements: Interview experience preferred Great people skills Full driving license Strong communication skills both verbal and written The ability to nurture and mentor candidates IT proficiency Excellent Team Player Familiarity with Army Careers, would be an advantage Organised approach Strong attention to detail Good MS Office skills If you are interested in applying for this position and you meet the requirements, please apply!
