Tenant Liaison Team Leader

MK Consult is recruiting a Tenant Liaison Team Leader to manage a team of Tenant Liaison Officers working on planned works projects across Merseyside.

This is a role for someone who enjoys developing people and building strong relationships with residents, clients and operational teams. You'll lead a team that keeps residents informed, listens to their concerns and puts customer care at the heart of everything they do.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, supporting and developing a team of Tenant Liaison Officers.

• Overseeing resident communication before, during and after planned works.

• Building strong relationships with residents, clients and site teams.

• Helping the team manage access arrangements, queries and complaints.

• Ensuring residents receive a consistent, caring service throughout the works.

You'll have tenant liaison or resident engagement experience within social housing and be confident leading a team. You'll understand the challenges of working in occupied homes and know how much clear communication matters to residents.
