Job Role: Assistant Grounds Manager Location: Edgware, North London About the School: A leading independent boys' preparatory school with sites across St John's Wood and Edgware, rated excellent for pupil development in its most recent inspection Contract: Full time, permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, plus pension Start Date: September/October 2026 About the Role: You'll join a well established Grounds and Estates team, supporting the Head Grounds Manager in maintaining natural turf and artificial sports pitches used for football, rugby, hockey, bowls and tennis. Day to day work covers mowing, pitch marking, irrigation, machinery upkeep and seasonal renovations, using modern equipment across a well resourced site. There's genuine scope for training and career development, plus 30 days holiday and the option of onsite accommodation to discuss at interview.
