Business Development Manager position promoting the installation services of external envelope systems such as; cladding, SFS, curtain walling, rainscreen, windows & glazing ·

All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors and sub-contractors ·

Turnover target circa £3-5m ·

Average project size are £1m ·

Majority of your time will be spent generating new business ·

Projects include; student accommodation, high-rise resident, affordable homes, office blocks and luxury homes The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Systems with: Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling, fenestration sectors ·
