Commercial Property SolicitorSalary: ExcellentLocation: ManchesterAmbitious Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3PQE) sought for new role with a well-regarded national firm in Manchester city centre.THE FIRM:Reputable national law firm, with a solid reputation gained over many years.Based Manchester city centre.THE ROLE:The team covers a wide range of Commercial Property matters, advising a broad range of clients including: occupiers, property developers, owners and financiers.The role itself will be squarely rooted in Real Estate Development and Investment matters, focusing on both residential and commercial property work.Work will include:Undertaking a mix of property work including acquisitions, disposals, leases and licencesInvolvement in property aspects of development and regeneration schemesAdvising and undertaking acquisitions of development sites for mixed use schemes for public and private sector developersNegotiation of leases for both landlords and tenantsDevelopment and RegenerationProperty portfolio managementTHE CANDIDATE:Ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3PQE) with your training and experience gained at a firm regarded for Property matters.It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial property matter.
