This is a pivotal leadership role for a highly capable operator who can hit the ground running, take ownership of multiple service functions, and drive exceptional standards across a luxury environment. The Role: Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee all non-clinical operations within the home, ensuring an outstanding experience for residents, families, and visitors alike. Key areas of responsibility include: Food & Beverage operations Kitchen and culinary services Housekeeping Activities and resident engagement Front of House, reception and concierge functions Budget management and cost control Service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Team leadership, development, and succession planning You will champion a hospitality-first culture, building strong relationships with residents and their families, proactively managing feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience are consistently delivered. About You: This role requires an established hospitality professional with the confidence and experience to make an immediate impact.
