The Opportunity

Were looking for an organised and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our growing People team in Macclesfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration, recruitment, or onboarding experience who is looking to develop their career within HR. Youll gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle while working closely with a supportive and collaborative team.

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting the day-to-day administration of HR activities across multiple sites
• Coordinating recruitment activity, including interview scheduling, offer letters, onboarding, and pre-employment checks
• Leading new starter inductions and supporting a positive onboarding experience
• Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
• Supporting training coordination and compliance tracking
• Assisting with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Providing general administrative support to the People team

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience within HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, or a similar administrative role
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• A positive, team-focused approach

Desirable

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently studying
• Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
• Previous experience using HR systems or recruitment systems
