Local Authority Housing, Area Tenancy Manager, North West London Pay rate to £29.51 per hour Contract role, Local Authority Housing Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Area Tenancy Manager, in North West London. You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing Department. Overview:The Area Tenancy Manager plays a critical role in: 

• Sustaining tenancies and supporting residents 

• Maintaining safe and well-managed estates 

• Reducing anti-social behaviour 

• Maximising income into the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) 

• Protecting the Council’s housing stock and reputation 

• In essence, the ATM is the key link between the Council and its tenants, balancing support and enforcement to ensure communities are stable, safe, and well managed 

• Main priorities: income management (main), lettings, signing up new tenants etc, everyday tenancy related issues, low level ASB
