Are you an accomplished sales professional with a passion for working with high-net-worth investors? Do you thrive on building trusted relationships, influencing decisions, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships?
Our client is seeking ambitious and commercially driven Private Client Directors to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding their private investor client base.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. You'll be working with warm, qualified prospects who have already expressed an interest in investing. Your focus will be on understanding their financial objectives, building credibility and trust, and guiding them through the investment journey.
Using your relationship-building and consultative sales expertise, you'll arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings, demonstrate the value of the firm's investment proposition, and convert opportunities into lasting client relationships.
You'll enjoy the autonomy of an entrepreneurial role while benefiting from the support of an experienced portfolio management and client service team. With on boarding and ongoing client care managed for you, you'll have the freedom to focus on developing relationships, generating new business, and achieving exceptional results.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll be a key contributor to the firm's continued growth and success.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth investors
Managing a pipeline of warm, qualified investment leads
Understanding client's financial goals and investment objectives
Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting investment solutions
Converting opportunities into long-term client relationships
Building your personal portfolio of investor clients
Contributing to the firm's growth strategy and market presence
What We're Looking For
A proven track record of success in investment or financial services sales
Demonstrable experience working with stock market investors
RDR Level 4 qualification (essential)
Minimum of 5 year's experience engaging with high-net-worth individuals
Strong ability to win, influence, and close new investor business
A highly motivated, target-driven approach with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
Commercial acumen combined with a consultative sales style
Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Confidence to take initiative, embrace challenges, and continuously learn
A professional, ethical approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes
