The firm is recognised for its collaborative culture, commitment to professional development, and expertise in delivering high-quality legal services to a broad insurance client base.Your new roleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate with defendant insurance experience to join a well-established industrial disease practice. You will manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated industrial disease claims on behalf of insurer and corporate clients.Your caseload will include:Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claimsHand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) claimsAsbestos-related disease claims, including mesotheliomaOccupational asthma claimsDermatitis claimsWork-related stress claimsYou will be responsible for handling matters from inception through to resolution, providing strategic legal advice to clients, drafting legal documentation, attending court and tribunal hearings, and conducting advocacy where appropriate.
