Location: Bristol (Projects across the South West & heading into the West Midlands)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + £8,000 car allowance + discretionary bonus scheme

WRG is delighted to be partnering exclusively with Keepmoat, one of the UK's leading homebuilders, to appoint a Regional Health & Safety Business Partner covering the South West and West Midlands regions.

This is an exciting time to join the business. As part of its growth plans, Keepmoat has recently opened a new Bristol office, strengthening its presence across the South West. The region currently has three active developments, with plans already in place to increase this to 10 developments over the next few years, alongside a further two to three active sites across the West Midlands.

The wider business currently delivers around 3,500 homes each year and aspires to double this to 7,000 homes annually by 2028. This continued growth creates an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional to join the business at a pivotal stage of its development and have a genuine influence on how safety is embedded across the expanding operation.
