Are you an experienced Account Director with a strong engineering and Hard FM background? We’re recruiting for an Account Director to lead the delivery of Hard Services and projects across a prestigious, high-end commercial estate in Central London. This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for an £8m contract, combining operational leadership with full financial and commercial control. The Role   As the Account Director, you will: Lead Hard FM and project delivery across a complex commercial estate. Take ownership of an £8m contract, including financial and commercial performance. Lead and develop a 24/7 engineering operation of approximately 15–20 engineers. Drive contract performance, service standards and continuous improvement. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. Take overall ownership of operational performance across the site. About You   To be successful as the Account Director, you’ll have: A strong engineering, technical services or Hard FM background. Senior leadership experience on a large, complex FM contract. Strong commercial and financial management experience. Proven experience leading engineering and operational teams. Excellent client and senior stakeholder management skills. The confidence to take full ownership of contract performance and delivery.
