The ideal candidate will have:
Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled)
Experience of Managing a Children Home or minimum 2 years experience working within a children’s residential home
Handles pressure with ease
An individual with unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
