Shape the technology roadmap of a fast-growing financial services business.
We're looking for a Lead Python Developer to build and lead the next generation of data platforms, automation and business-critical applications. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership, influence technical direction and work directly with senior leadership in a business where your impact will be seen immediately.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Python application and data platform development.
Build scalable solutions using Python, PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory and Power BI .
Mentor developers and champion engineering best practices.
Work closely with the business to deliver innovative, AI-driven solutions using Claude and Microsoft Copilot .
What We're Looking For
Strong commercial Python development experience.
Expertise in PostgreSQL and data engineering.
Azure Data Factory and Power BI experience.
Previous technical leadership experience.
Financial services experience is highly desirable.
