Assistant Site Manager

Assistant Site Manager – Campton, Bedfordshire – Residential Development - Starting soon, PERM role. Our client are a main contractor, who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a residential project in Campton. Projects you will be involved with: * Residential New Build * 66 Units Traditional Build Units from Groundworks to Finishing Key Duties: * Reporting to the Site Manager or other senior managers as required * Assisting the Site Manager or other senior project managers with producing and maintaining * Assisting in the preparation of information for site progress reports by benchmarking against subcontractor progress, materials on site, variations, day works, etc * Assisting the Site Managers and other Senior Management in the planning the works * Assisting in the management and supervision of the on-site construction work activities to ensure compliance with the following * Collaborate as required with project stakeholders to help ensure the project meets the client requirements and delivers on time, cost and quality.
