Senior Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor

A leading independent consultancy is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor to join its established Cambridge team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role within a growing business, delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. You will be responsible for leading cost management services from project inception through to completion, taking ownership of both pre- and post-contract duties. The role will involve direct client engagement, managing project finances, and supporting the development of junior team members. The successful candidate will be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline and will ideally be chartered (MRICS) or working towards accreditation. You will have proven experience within a consultancy environment, strong commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage projects and client relationships effectively.
