Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm Salary: £13.46 per hour Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (1 hour lunch) — no weekends unless required by business The role: * Main task is stock picking * Will need to learn a new computer system being introduced later this year * Covering driver holidays Jan–March and Oct–Dec (quieter months) * Joining a warehouse team of driver + warehouse staff Requirements: * Must be 25+ (insurance purposes) * Counterbalance, reach truck and order picker licence preferred but not essential — right candidate will be put through licences once employed Benefits: * KPI bonus of £50/week (typically achieved) — approx. £2,600/year * GBS bonus based on months worked and day rate * Private medical after 1 year's service * Staff discount (cost + VAT) * Free onsite parking * Uniform and safety boots provided * Holiday accrual
